I was originally approached by the guys at Bar Yello to develop a website that would help them reach a younger audience. After some consultation, we realised that the brand as a whole was in need of a makeover.
It was very important that the “Yellow” was included in the new identity and branding as this had played a significant part in the history of the bar. I feel we’ve developed a brand that uses this element in a subtle way, as not to over power potential future marketing and promotion messages. I developed a web solution that gives Bar Yello a platform that would be flexible enough to push various types of promotion, from events to special product offers.
This was a project I really enjoyed working on, as I project managed almost every aspect of it, right from the initial brand identity development through to exterior signage.
To date, I continue to provide ongoing consultation and marketing support, including graphic design, website and social media updates.
We worked with Smart Signs Oxford to produce the exterior signage.
